Klause AI is an AI-powered informational tool that analyzes contracts and legal documents to identify potential risks, unusual clauses, and statutory issues. Klause AI is not a law firm. Klause AI does not provide legal advice. Analysis provided is for informational purposes only.

2. Not legal advice

The analysis provided by Klause AI does not constitute legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship. You should not rely on Klause AI analysis as a substitute for professional legal advice. Always consult a qualified solicitor, barrister, or attorney before signing any legally binding agreement.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

While Klause AI strives for accuracy, AI-generated legal analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Legal requirements vary by jurisdiction, change over time, and depend on specific factual circumstances that may not be apparent from contract text alone. Klause AI makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Klause AI to analyze contracts and legal documents you have a legitimate interest in reviewing. You may not use Klause AI to analyze documents without authorization, to generate bulk analysis for resale, to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscription and billing

Free tier: 3 analyses per month, no payment required. Pro tier: $9.99/month billed monthly. Business tier: $29/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klause AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
